  • The RESET™ is for you if you're craving a softer way forward - not more pushing, fixing, or forcing.
    This is for women who are done with “powering through” and ready to come back home to themselves.
    No need to be burned out or broken. This is about remembering what’s true underneath it all.

  • We will meet for an hour every Tuesday at 11am PST and an optional open coaching support for an hour on Fridays at 11am PST.

    Below is a breakdown:
    Week 1: 12/2 and 12/5
    Week 2: 12/9 and 12/12
    Week 3: 12/16 and 12/19

  • Each week includes one 1-hour live training on Tuesday and an optional 1-Hour open coaching & support session on Thursday. Everything is designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your life.

  • All sessions are recorded with replays being shared immediately after. You’ll have lifetime access to all material, so you can return to them anytime.

    Open Support Thursdays are optional.
