Terms & Conditions
Embodied — Women's Embodiment Retreat — February 3–7, 2027 · San Diego, California
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the retreat. By submitting your registration and payment (in full or via payment plan), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Retreat Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern registration and participation in the 4-night women's embodiment retreat hosted by Moon Rock Wellness and In The Space ("the Retreat," "we," "us"), taking place in San Diego, California.
Retreat dates:
February 3, 2027 (check-in) through February 7, 2027 (check-out)
2. Registration & Payment
A spot in the Retreat is only confirmed once a registration form is submitted and payment has been received or a payment plan has been set up, and written confirmation has been sent.
Payment options
Pay in Full — the full retreat fee is due at the time of booking.
Payment Plan — your total is split into installments arranged with our team at the time of booking. The full balance must be paid according to the schedule provided at registration.
Failure to submit an installment by its due date may result in forfeiture of your spot, at our discretion, without refund of any amounts already paid.

Bunk / Doubles Room
Specific pricing for each tier is listed on the registration page at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
$600 of your total payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, or inability to attend for any reason. This amount secures your spot and covers costs we commit to on your behalf as soon as you register.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds beyond the non-refundable $600 are processed according to the following timeline, based on your total payment:
More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus the $600 non-refundable amount.
60–89 days before: 50% refund of your total payment, minus the $600 non-refundable amount.
30–59 days before: 25% refund of your total payment, minus the $600 non-refundable amount.
Less than 30 days before: No refund available.
This applies whether you have paid in full or are on a payment plan. If you are on a payment plan and cancel, you remain responsible for any outstanding installments already due prior to your cancellation date, and the $600 non-refundable amount still applies against your total payment.
Transfers
Your non-refundable $600 may still apply toward a transfer. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place, subject to our approval.
We strongly encourage registrants to consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
Moon Rock Wellness and In The Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Retreat due to insufficient enrollment, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control (see Section 7, Force Majeure). In the event we cancel the Retreat, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future retreat, at their choice.
4. Health, Liability & Assumption of Risk
The Retreat includes somatic work, nervous system regulation practices, breathwork, movement, yoga, and related experiential exercises ("the Activities"). These Activities may bring up strong physical sensations or emotional material.
Health disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing, prior to the Retreat, any physical, psychiatric, or medical conditions, including pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, past trauma requiring clinical support, or any condition that could be affected by breathwork, movement, or emotionally intensive processes. It is your responsibility to consult your physician or mental health provider prior to attending if you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate.
Assumption of risk
You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or emotional distress that may result from participation in the Activities. Moon Rock Wellness and In The Space, its facilitators, staff, and the venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Not a substitute for medical or mental health care
The Retreat, and the coaching, breathwork, and somatic practices offered within it, are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. Facilitators are not licensed medical providers or psychotherapists unless otherwise stated, and nothing provided during the Retreat should be understood as medical or psychiatric advice or diagnosis.
Voluntary participation
Participation in any specific Activity is always voluntary. You may opt out of any exercise at any time without penalty.
5. Photo & Video Release
Photos and/or video may be taken during the Retreat for use in Moon Rock Wellness and In The Space's marketing, social media, podcast, and website. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the Retreat that you opt out.
6. Retreat Conduct & Community Agreements
To protect the container we are creating together, all attendees agree to:
Maintain confidentiality — what is shared by other participants during the Retreat stays within the group.
Engage respectfully with facilitators, staff, venue personnel, and fellow attendees.
Refrain from recording other participants without their explicit consent.
Follow venue rules and any safety guidance provided by facilitators.
Moon Rock Wellness and In The Space reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Retreat, without refund, for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or violates these community agreements.
7. Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
8. Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from the venue, unless otherwise stated at registration. Accommodation assignments are based on the room tier selected at booking and are subject to availability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acknowledgment
By registering and submitting payment for the Retreat, you confirm that you:
Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full;
Understand and accept the payment and non-refundable deposit policy described in Sections 2 and 3;
Voluntarily assume the risks described in Section 4; and
Consent to the photo/video release described in Section 5, unless you have opted out in writing.
